Even if you have paid for the disc / cd which contains this program, you
haven't bought this program yet! Because it is a shareware program.
The price to register is 19,95 Euro (It is also possible to pay with US$ and
other currencies).

After you have paid the registration fee, you will get a registration key
which will remove the shareware hints and the limits.
(More info on how to order the registrationkey and the orderform is
in the file FileGeneral_Help.chm).

With your registration you support the further development of the program.

Please read the following hints carefully!

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, YOU ARE NOT
ALLOWED TO USE THE PROGRAMM FileGeneral ControlCenter (Shareware).

(1) If you like the program and want to get the complete version with all
functionality after a testing period of 30 days you must register at
http://www.troegersoft.de/
otherwise you must delete the program because you are no longer licenced
to use the shareware version. When you register you get free updates.
If you want to use the program at multiple locations you will need to
purchase multiple copies.

(2) You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, alter,
duplicate, distribute for profit, or rent the Software.

(3) The software is provided on an AS IS basis. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT
THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

(4)IN NO EVENT WILL THE AUTHOR BE LIABLE TO ANY PARTY
(i)FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS
PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF PROGRAMS OR INFORMATION, AND THE
LIKE), OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES ARISING IN ANY WAY OUT OF THE USE, RELIANCE ON,
OR INABILITY TO USE THE PROGRAM EVEN IF THE AUTHOR SHALL HAVE BEEN ADVISED
OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
(ii) FOR ANY CLAIM ATTRIBUTABLE TO ERRORS, OMISSIONS, OR OTHER INACCURACIES
IN, OR DESTRUCTIVE PROPERTIES OF ANY INFORMATION. IN NO EVENT WILL THE
AUTHOR'S LIABILITY WITH RESPECT TO THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT EXCEED THE
AMOUNT YOU PAID (IF YOU PAID) TO THE AUTHOR FOR THE SOFTWARE.

Installation hints:

Just copy all files into the sam directory, doubleclick at the *.exe file
and you can start.

If FileGeneral ControlCenter is picked up into a programcollection, for
example a shareware-cd or a downloadsite in the internet, it is approved of
by the author. But it is only allowed to forward FileGeneral ControlCenter
completely.
